1968 Mini Cooper

This gorgeous little car has been lovingly restored by its previous owner.

The car was owned by the previous owner in the 1970’s and then sold, after a lot of searching he managed to track down the car, sadly when he purchased it for the 2nd time it was in a sorry state.

He’s completely restored the car, every nut & bolt. The restoration has been carried out to a very high standard.

It comes with hundreds of photographs showing all the stages of the restoration.

Once complete the car was a regular at many national Mini shows picking up many trophies and prizes.

The bodywork is in excellent condition, original Tartan red with a black roof.

Interior is in great condition, very few miles since the restoration. Fitted with period Radiomobile radio. New carpets, seats recovered etc etc

Mechanically, all mechanical components have been refurbished or replaced where needed. A few nice modifications including LCB with sports exhaust, modified performance cylinder head “unleaded”, coil spring suspension conversion. Plus many other bits and pieces to make this a great driving car.

A huge amount of history accompanies the car including British Motor Heritage certificate, large photo files, files of invoices. Boxes of trophies and other related awards. Featured in Mini Magazine.

A superb little Mini Cooper, the restoration costs on this car exceeded the asking price.

Any inspection is welcome and encouraged
